Terms of order, delivery and use of online store orders

Availability and delivery time

Products that can be placed in the shopping cart in the online store are available to order. Items in your cart can still be bought by other customers until you've completed checkout.

The delivery time is usually about 1 to 5 business days. The public holidays Christmas, Easter and Midsummer may affect the delivery time.

In the event of a delivery delay, please contact our customer service. The online store reserves the right to change the delivery method.

The post office or pick-up store will keep your package for one week. If you don't collect the item in that time, it'll be returned to Image Wear. Uncollected packages will be considered as withdrawal of order, in which case postage charges will not be refunded.

Product delivery

After your order has successfully completed, an order confirmation and a receipt will be sent to your email address. Save the order confirmation for possible future reference.

You will receive a notice of arrival when the package is available for pickup. The notice of arrival is sent either by the post office via text message, or for store pickups, by the store via email.

You can return or exchange the Image Wear product you received within 14 days of receiving it at any post office or Image Wear Workwear Store. Fill out the return form included with your order and enclose it with your goods. Drop the package off at a post office or return the product to a store to ensure that the items arrive safely. The 14-day exchange and return right only applies to online orders.

Image Wear offers free exchanges on online purchases. In case of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The right of return or exchange applies to salable products, i.e. unused and intact products from which the product tags have not been removed.

Force majeure obstacle

The Image Wear online store is not responsible for delays and damages caused by an obstacle beyond its control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or the consequences of which it cannot avoid. A force majeure is considered e.g. industrial strike actions, employee sickness absences, import and export bans and transportation disruptions. If the force majeure continues for more than three months, both the Image Wear online store and the customer have the right to cancel the orders without delay or damages penalties.

Non-direct damage

Image Wear Oy is not liable the customer for any indirect loss caused by delay or incorrect delivery.

Delivery options

1. Pick up from the post office

- You order  will be delivered to the post office nearest to the delivery address.

2. Pick up your order from the SmartPost point of your choice

- Your order will be delivered to the postal parcel machine of your choice.

3. In-store pickup

-  Your order will be delivered to the Image Wear store of your choice and you can collect it once you have received the notice of arrival.

The delivery fee is normally charged at checkout.


Restrictions for online shopping

Only customers over the age of 15 can shop at the Image Wear online store. Image Wear.fi online store delivers products only to mainland Finland.

The customer must read the terms and conditions of Image Wear online store before placing the order. The terms are considered accepted when placing an order.

How to return or exchange a product purchased from the online tore

Private customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it at any post office or Image Wear Workwear Store. Fill out the return form included with your order and enclose it with your goods. The 14-day exchange and return right only applies to online orders.

Return/exchange instructions are included with your order.

Complaints:

If you have received a wrong product, the item is damage, etc., you must notify Image Wear Oy within a reasonable time (within 14 days) of receiving the product by email to imagewear@imagewear.fi or you must fill out the return form and send the product to Image Wear Oy with free return. You can also drop the form and the item directly to the store. 

Rigth to reject orders

Image Wear has right to reject orders if needed.

Obvious pricing errors

Image Wear online store reserves the right to cancel the order in case of obvious pricing errors. An obvious price error in the online store refers to a possible pricing error where the price of the product deviates significantly and obviously from the correct price of the product. Obvious pricing errors can include the following examples

• The product has a price of 1.00 euros or no price at all.

• The price of a product worth tens of euros is, for example 7.90 euros.

In the aforementioned cases, the incorrect price is so obviously different from the correct price that the customer is considered to understand the error.
 
Changing terms

Image Wear online store can change the terms of service and delivery for example due to changes in the law.

Payment

If you use other payment method than an Image Wear invoice aimed at companies, Svea acts as the payment service provider and payment intermediary. You can read about Svea payment options here.
