The shirt is made of smooth knit, which effectively transports excess heat and moisture away from the skin, bringing warmth in cold and cooling in hot. The seams are placed so that they do not rub the skin when moving.

The best properties of Woolpower Lite come out when the product is directly against the skin as an underlayer under other clothes.
